Same like all dealerships , try to sell you the Brooklyn bridge and all they do is lie , go in with a game plan , know your finances details, run numbers over and over in front of them , know the price u want to pay , and you’ll be good but don’t let them manipulate and lie to you , it’s all they do day by day ,

DO NOT TRUST A “HOLD” FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They told me they would hold a car until I arrived from out of state, confirmed my appointment, and then sold the car before I got there without telling me. I spoke to three different employees who told me they could put a hold on the car starting on Saturday if I confirmed my travel arrangements and made an appointment for Monday (Labor Day). I have text messages showing them asking for my driver’s license and flight confirmation, which I provided. I arrived first thing Monday morning and was told the car had been sold on Saturday. What makes this particularly awful is that I received another text from the dealership just before close of business Saturday RE-CONFIRMING my Monday appointment. By that point, the car had been sold. They knew I was flying in from out of state and still did not bother to tell me. Then, on Tuesday, another employee, who had no idea what had happened, called to follow up. When I explained the situation, his FIRST question was: “Did they put a hold on the car for you?” He apologized profusely, which was more than the salesman did when I showed up Monday. That guy couldn't even look me in the eye when he said the car had been sold. He just walked away and mumbled something about getting his manager. Not surprisingly, the manager did not show while I sat there for 30 minutes trying to figure out a plan to get home on Labor Day. To be clear: this is not an isolated incident. Search through their reviews here, on Cars.com, BBB, and DealerRater. You will find customers reporting very similar experiences. You will also find wildly inconsistent statements about this dealership’s supposed hold policy. In different reviews and dealership responses, you can find: • the dealership claiming it DOES NOT hold vehicles; • customers saying they were asked for deposits to hold vehicles (I specifically asked about a deposit and was told that was not an option); • a dealership response stating that they “typically” hold vehicles for 2–3 days; and • positive reviews from customers saying Automotive Avenues placed courtesy holds on vehicles while they traveled to purchase them. So what exactly is the policy? Depends who you talk to. A salesperson may tell you the vehicle is being held. If the car gets sold anyway, that promise means nothing. If you are traveling any meaningful distance to buy a vehicle here, DO NOT RELY ON THEIR WORD THAT THE CAR WILL BE THERE WHEN YOU ARRIVE. I flew in from out of state based on what three employees told me, provided the travel documentation they requested, and even had my appointment reconfirmed after the car had already been sold. I made the trip for nothing. If they respond to this review, I have a pretty good idea what they’ll say, because I’ve already read their responses to other customers with the same complaint: that they don’t hold cars, that vehicles are first-come, first-served, or that there was some kind of misunderstanding. That'll be difficult to square with three employees telling me the car could be held, asking me for my flight information and ID, and another employee later asking whether the car had been put on hold for me.

If you are in the market for a vehicle go to Automotive Avenues. Sales Consultant Jon Levin was amazing. He welcome us and got started right away. He brought around the vehicle and I was impressed at how well it looked. Jon was fully engaged with handling the transaction and made the entire process easy. He will go to battle for you when it comes to getting you a good insurance rate. My experience was exceptional. Highly recommend.

I went to Automotive Avenues because I found a SUV online that I liked. I have to say I was surprised when I arrived, as the dealership was nothing like I had seen before. Starting with there were no vehicles in the "showroom", just cubicles filled with people. I've been to many different dealers over the years and have never seen one filled with so many customers before. Honestly, I was not looking forward to the high pressure process that you come to expect when purchasing a vehicle but that wasn't the case at all. The salesman Glenn Jones was very helpful but not pushy at all. He took the time to explain how the process there worked and answered any and all questions I had. Now, I have first hand knowledge as to why there were so many customers, that by the way never stopped arriving the whole time I was there! I ended up with a great deal and a few extra perks I didn't expect! I would highly recommend Automotive Avenues & Glenn Jones if you want a low keel, good deal car buying experience!

Good customer service etiquette especially from sales guy by the name Alex. Finance man (Antonio) shared multiple ways to get the best finance options. I got the car I love at a great price!

Automotive Avenues of Wall has a great selection of cars and good prices. Dmitry Mandrik was very nice and professional. He got me test drives for 3 totally different cars I was interested in no problem. The only reason reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the mandatory tracking device which was expensive and the pushing to buy something that day which I understand but didn't love.

I was in the market for a used Dodge Challenger but I couldn't find anything locally that I liked that was within my budget. I kept extending my online search and I eventually found what I was looking for at Automotive Avenues. The staff there is amazing and in about 2.5 hours I was on my way back home in my new used car. I definitely recommend Automotive Avenues to anybody who is out there shopping around for their next vehicle. This was such a great no-hassle car buying experience and totally worth the trip from Millersville, PA!

I saw this 2026 Kia Sportage SE Prestige online and inquired about it and Automtive Avenue came through with this beautiful car. I had to drive almost 2 hours to get it and was a little worried about the true condition of the vehicle but it was just as promised. It was pretty busy there but the process moved fairly quickly. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from them.

Second car we’ve purchased there. Large selection, no pressure, no delays or tactics. There was an issue with the most recent car and they addressed it with the manufacturer’s local dealership with no hesitation.
