The customer service was not so good from the start. They have an internet department that started the process. The follow up was poor. Once I decided to purchase I was given a salesperson that works at the location in New Jersey. His name was Benny Lopez, and he was very efficient, followed up with every question I had, and very nice to work with. Jessica in finance was also great!
