Buying a car is usually stressful, but working with Derek at Automotive Avenue was completely different. Beyond just doing his job as a salesman, Derek is genuinely a chill, down-to-earth guy. Getting to know him throughout the process, I felt total trust in him. Never for a second did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or ripped off. He answered every question transparently and made the whole front-end process smooth and easy. The only real friction was in the finance office. The finance specialist was very pushy about extra warranties and add-on insurances. It made me so anxious at one point that I was ready to walk away completely. It would make sense to go with the add-ons and insurances for other people’s cases, not mine. But after going back and forth for what felt like an eternity to explain that my manufacturer’s warranty and family mechanic had me covered, they respected my "no" and didn't force it, something almost no other dealer does. By the way, most dealerships will include a non-negotiable anti-theft tracker add-on. This place didn’t, one single “no” and Derek took it right off! Albeit, the lucid air has a built-in location tracker already. Thanks to Derek's genuine care and top-notch service, I stayed the course and couldn't be happier with my new car. Ask for Derek if you want someone who actually treats you like a person! I’m only giving this review a 5/5 only because of Derek. Finance department gets a 3/5.

Best dealership I have been to and Jay was super friendly. The process happened smoothly and the deal we made for the Honda accord was really frugal.

Drove 2 hours to find our Buick Enclave. Test drove 2 and chose the second one. We were not prepared to buy (insurance, etc.) but Dimitri (the one with hair) kept working with us until we got it done. Well after closing time. Drove the 2 hours back home happy that there was no need for a second trip. We are really happy with the vehicle and that Dimitri went above and beyond for us. Busy place on a Saturday.

Dmitry helped us get into the car we wanted at the price they advertised. He was helpful and courteous through the whole process.

Gina was a superwoman juggling so much at one time professionally and efficiently! Very happy with our all staff there who provided a great smooth experience.

We called a week ago about a truck we saw and liked. We could not get there until the next Saturday due to work schedules and they held the truck for us. I purchased a 2023 Jeep Wagoneer out of state and was incredibly impressed by the process and service I received. The price was attractive and the natural sceptic in me was cautious. However everything ran very smoothly. I worked with Casey Leib who was very personable, responsive, patient and just an all round very nice guy. Since I was purchasing out of state I arranged for an onsite inspection with a 3rd party mechanic, who the team at Automotive were more than happy to accommodate and worked smoothly with. Post a clean inspection I arranged to fly down to purchase the vehicle. There were no hidden fees, no attempts at up selling, just a really smooth transaction. The car was professionally detailed while I waited. Casey worked with his finance team and my insurance company to ensure documentation was ready in short order. A full tank of gas was provided and I was on my way. Everything ran so smoothly that despite living in Massachusetts, I'd happily travel to New Jersey again to purchase my next vehicle. Overall a great car, a very professional process, and great customer service pre and post purchase. Highly recommend working with the firm.

I could not be happier with my experience and my purchase from this dealership. I live out of state, and I stumbled upon this site looking for a used EV. They had killer deals on some manufacturer buyback/lemon title cars. I was leery that it must be too good to be true, or must be a scam. I called to inquire, and Michelle spent 30+ minutes on the phone explaining it all to me, how it impacts financing, etc. Full honesty and transparency. I did my due diligence, pouring over the Carfax, calling the manufacturer to understand what repairs were made, etc. The dealer encouraged an independent inspection and provide me a contact. He was awesome, came out next day to perform full inspection and test drive. He found the rim to have some road rash and he worked with the dealer to get it repaired for me no hassle or questions asked. I was coming to NYC for work and wanted to pick up the car with a tight window. Mike Tiedemann was the representative that was going to make it all happen. He requested all documentation and info from me the day before, then hustled the morning of to get that rim repaired (which required him to go to the nearby Volvo dealer to get a lug key since it wasn’t in the vehicle). It was super tight, but Mike made it happen. Oh and this entire process, no pushy sales people. Even when they offered the extended warranty, George was kind and open to discussion. I can’t recommend this place enough. In the future, this will be the first dealership I check for a new car. The smooth process, independent inspections, and easy shipping process are top notch. And the fact that their prices can’t be beat, why waste time shopping anywhere else and risk wasting days of your life in a car dealership?

I had the pleasure of dealing with Anthony at Automotive Avenues of Walls, NJ from July 4, 2026 until today, July 14. Anthony was always polite, knowledgeable and in addition he has a great sense of humor! Anthony, in turn. put me in touch with Benny. After a 3 1/2 hour drive from north central PA, in no time at all, I had the keys to a 2024 GREEN Ford Bronco in my hands, was taking a test drive, and the rest is history, so they say. No job is complete without George, who provided me with his knowledge about warranties, gap, and a host of other things. There were a couple of extra bonuses from George that took me by surprise and left me somewhat speechless (only because I was on my cell phone - how rude!). Last, but not least, Jodie, the to-go girl, completed all the paperwork. She’s very organized - a much needed trait in that busy, but productive environment. It was a very long day, but I came away with a vehicle that will give me many years of enjoyment. Thanks to all!
